These Terms govern your use of Identity Academy's website, programmes, app, and coaching services provided by David Collett, trading as Identity Academy (ABN 30 647 287 711). Contact [email protected]. By using our services you agree to these Terms.
You must be 18 years or older to use our services. Services are intended for adults choosing to undertake personal identity development.
2.1 The two houses. Identity Academy runs two houses on identical terms. The Keep is the men’s house; the Sanctuary is the women’s house. Both are supplied by David Collett trading as Identity Academy, both run the same method, and both are covered by these Terms in the same way. Where these Terms refer to your house, they mean whichever of the two you enrol in.
2.2 The programmes. Each house runs three programmes: I — the Identity Blueprint; II — Perfect Relationships; III — in one house The Identifiable Leader, in the other Her Own Woman. Programme I is the entry programme and is what your entry fee buys. Programmes II and III are separate and optional: neither is required, neither is included in the entry fee, and either is opened to you only if it is offered to you and you accept it. What you receive is the programme you enrol in, as described on our website at the time you enrol.
2.3 The coaching and the coach. Coaching is delivered by David Collett and by an AI coach inside your house’s app. In one house that coach is James; in the other it is Eleonore. Both coaches work from the same method, and both houses run the same three programmes.
2.4 The AI coach, stated plainly. James and Eleonore are artificial intelligence. They are not human, they are not a person, and they hold no qualification of any kind. They are available in the app, they retain what you tell them, and what you write or say to them is processed by third-party AI providers under our Privacy Policy. They can be wrong. Nothing an AI coach says is therapy, diagnosis, or medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and clause 3 applies to them in full.
2.5 The Identity Blueprint. The work produces a written Identity Blueprint — a record of who you are and how you work, built from what you tell us and added to as you go. The content of your Blueprint is yours; clause 6 sets out how that works, and clause 5.5 sets out what happens to it if you take a refund on Programme II or III.
2.6 What your entry includes. Your entry carries the programme you enrol in, your Identity Blueprint, the Mastery Library, the rooms of your house, your conversation with your coach, and the ability to ask David for a meeting through the app. The two houses do not have identical rooms. Everything named here is included with the programme; none of it is a separate programme and none of it is sold separately.
2.7 How the app is delivered. Your house is a web app. You open it in the browser on your phone or computer, and you may add it to your home screen so that it opens full-screen. It is not sold or distributed through any app store, and it is delivered as it exists at the time you enrol.
2.8 David’s qualifications, listed separately. David Collett holds the TQUK Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF), Ofqual qualification number 601/1831/3, awarded by Training Qualifications UK. That is a teaching qualification: it concerns the delivery and design of training. It is not a coaching, counselling, psychological, medical or clinical qualification, and we do not present it as one. Separately, he is a certified NLP Master Practitioner Coach (NLP Centre of Excellence / IANLPC), and holds the High Performance Coach and Strategic Intervention Facilitator awards of the Institute of Leadership & Management. He is not a psychologist, psychotherapist, counsellor or medical practitioner and does not use those titles.
2.9 How you join, and what it costs. Places are limited. Enrolment is by intake and interview: you apply, you speak with David, and you join only if a place is offered to you and you accept it. Nothing on our website is an offer capable of acceptance until a place is offered to you. The entry fee for Programme I is A$4,997, or A$2,997 where a founding place is offered. It may be settled in full or over three monthly payments, and it includes your first three months in the house. After those three months, staying is one flat retention fee of A$597 per month, which you may cancel at any time. Clause 5 governs payment, cancellation and refunds.
2.10 What we do not promise. Features are delivered as they exist at the time you enrol. We do not promise features that are not built, and we do not promise any particular outcome — clause 3 governs that. What you were shown at the time you enrolled is what you are entitled to.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychiatry, medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, or crisis care, and is not a substitute for them. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome — your progress depends on you.
Engage honestly, do the work, and seek appropriate professional help for medical, psychological, legal or financial matters. You are responsible for decisions you make.
5.1 Thirty-day refund. You may cancel any Identity Academy programme within 30 days of the date of payment and receive a full refund of all programme fees paid, including any founding-member fee. This applies to every programme we offer.
5.2 After 30 days. After 30 days from the date of payment, programme fees are non-refundable.
5.3 Ongoing retention fee. You may cancel your monthly retention fee at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month; the current month's fee remains payable in full and is not refunded pro-rata. No further payments are taken after cancellation.
5.4 Your statutory rights. Nothing in this clause 5 excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees, which apply in addition to this refund promise.
5.5 Effect of refund on your Identity Blueprint. Programmes II (Perfect Relationships) and III (Her Own Woman / Identifiable Leader) add sections and entries to your Identity Blueprint. If you take a refund on one of those programmes, the sections and entries that programme contributed are removed from your Blueprint at the time the refund is processed. Everything else in your Blueprint — including all content from other programmes and your own entries — is untouched and remains yours. We may retain a copy of removed entries only where the law requires it or where a genuine safety concern makes retention necessary, and any retained copy is held under our Privacy Policy, not returned to your Blueprint. This condition is stated at the point of purchase and by purchasing you acknowledge it. It does not affect your right under clause 5.1 to the refund itself, or your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5.6 Payment options. Programme fees, founding rates, and payment options (in full, or three monthly payments) are as set out at purchase.
5.7 Payment plans. The entry fee may be settled in full, or over three monthly payments. One thing said plainly, so it’s never a surprise: if a payment doesn’t go through, your login pauses while it’s sorted. Tell me what’s happened and we’ll sort it — a conversation stops the clock. If it isn’t put right and I don’t hear from you, your place stays paused. Ninety days on from that, everything in it is removed for good.
5.8 If we can't deliver. A fair refund or credit for anything not delivered.
5.9 Deleting your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings by choosing “Delete everything now” and confirming. Your account and everything in it — your conversations, Blueprint, Path, photos and details — are then deleted permanently, straight away, and can’t be recovered. Any regular payment to us stops that day; the rest of a month already paid for isn’t refunded (as in 5.3). If you’re within the 30 days in 5.1, ask for your refund before you delete — deleting doesn’t give up that right, or anything in 5.4. Payment records held by our payment provider are kept as the law requires.
All programme materials, manuals, frameworks and content are owned by Identity Academy and licensed to you for your personal use only. Your own Blueprint content and personal data are yours. Don't copy, resell, or distribute our materials.
We keep what you share confidential per our Privacy Policy, except where disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm or is required by law.
We may decline or end service (acting reasonably) where there is abuse, unlawful conduct, or where coaching is clinically inappropriate and professional care is needed instead.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the services is limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights and guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be contracted out of; where we are permitted to limit liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of re-supply.
Our Privacy Policy governs personal information and forms part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified and the current version posted on our website.
